  Absolutely the WORST Costomer service possible. From the employees with a lack of knowledge about the company they work for, to the rude store manager Andrew being condescending to customers. The store will enjoy robbing you of your products, money and even equal exchanges. Unless you have an item purchased off a registry, and the gift receipt.
  Avoid the extortion and harassment. This makes it VERY clear why in an age of internet purchases, this company is able to maintain their storefront.
