  I was so very grateful for one of your employees perception;knowing that I was under heavy stress. I am a victim of IRS fraud. I lost $4,500 and was being threatened by this "Fake IRS Agent". I am sorry I forgot her name but she is petite, Asian, long brown hair. I would love to know her name...I owe her many thanks! She called the Police, stood by my side and saved me from losing more. Channel 5 (KPIX) came to my house for an interview about this and I did mention Provident Bank and this story. I don't know or think I will ever see that money, but at least I have SOME left. She needs a promotion!
